Lyric Players' Planned Productions
Guys and Dolls: Spring 2011 at The Secombe Theatre, Sutton
The Lyric Players are very excited to be staging Guys and Dolls which has only just been made available to amateur groups again. With music by Frank Loesser, the show contains classic songs such as Luck Be a Lady, Sit Down, You're Rocking the Boat, If I Were A Bell and Take Back Your Mink.
This show also marks our return to the Secombe Theatre which will allow us to work at a large scale venue again and so should be a very exciting project! We will be looking to recruit new cast members for the show as well as anybody who would like to help behind the scenes so keep checking for updates.
Dates and venue to be announced very soon.

The Producers: Spring 2012 at The Secombe Theatre, Sutton
We are very excited to announce that we have just been granted the rights to perform The Producers. The story concerns two theatrical producers who scheme to get rich by overselling interests in a Broadway flop. Complications arise when the show unexpectedly turns out to be successful. Containing numbers such as "I Wanna Be a Producer", "When You've Got It, Flaunt It", "King of Broadway" and "Springtime for Hitler", this is a very exciting production for the company. Please keep checking for updates.
